Visiting NY and took the subway from Astoria to come here only to find it closed. Hours are incorrect on Google. Very disappointed and a waste of time.

Service was good but the food not so much. Artichoke appetizer was tasty however baked clams were absolutely disgusting, tasted like the sea floor, I think one of mine was still raw and slimy. Veal was cooked to death and eggplant stack was gross, hard and dry and no flavor. Very disappointing.

Whoever my bartender was tonight gave really poor service. She never introduced herself, didn’t smile once, and when I asked for her recommendation or to surprise me—since I came in after seeing you guys on TikTok—she didn’t bother. She never checked on my food, didn’t offer a refill, and any time I asked for something, she acted like I was inconveniencing her.

We are staying in the Pod 39 hotel and walked down to the lobby and saw Athurs and I am so glad we decided to stop in! Food was absolutely amazing and such good portions for the price! Charlotte took care of us and she was so sweet!

BEWARE: They charge for water!!!! Okay I was asked if I wanted still or sparkling water and I chose still assuming it was going to be tap water NO $12 for a water bottle I took two sips of.
Good Italian food. We made a reservation but ended up in the smaller building. Our server made our night. He was extremely good. Had the spicy rigatoni and it was good. Salad was ok.

I went for a late night drink before calling it a night. The staff were really friendly and hospitable, I sat at the bar and service was swift. I will add that it was close to closing time but never felt rushed or like I shouldn't be there. The place is lovely and really welcoming. Would highly recommend
