We noticed most of the other customers at the tables were ordering pizza. We ordered a Margarita slice which was cut in half and was ample for two. It was a good slice of pizza. Then the Meatball with Ricotta. The full order was split into two cast iron skillets which was thoughtful of the server. More than ample amounts of meatball and ricotta. The bland meatballs were luke warm swimming in tomato sauce with gobs of cold ricotta hiding the meatballs. I’d go back for the pizza....
The place is very delicious, the pizza is too big the slice! But too much. Very good ! Only that the pizzeria was very dirty when we arrived and the bathrooms were terrible with more cleaning and it would be a 10.
I decided to post this under my real account because I experienced such genuine energy and dedication to the craft of running a business and creating delicious food. I describe the pizza, itself, as crunchy, rich, delightfully textured and delicious.
