When we lived on the upper east side before relocating, Arturo’s was a staple of ours. The owner Josephine and her husband always make you feel right at home each and every time you go in. Whenever I’m back in the city I always make it a point to visit them and enjoy their food.
The food is delicious.. service was excellent. All staff very attentive. The ambiance is cozy,romantic and intimate even the place is not that much big.
The bathroom needs an improvement though.

Arturo’s is our favorite restaurant in Manhattan! Whether you dine indoors, their cozy outdoor dining or order delivery, the food quality and top notch service are always consistent and delicious! Don’t miss the eggplant app, roast chicken, manicotti, rigatoni bolognese and all the fish and meat dishes. Don’t hesitate to go- it’s the best!!
