Horrible, rude, tourist trap, there are SO many OG NYC, great Pizzerias you can go to - stay away from this place. I'm a life long New Yorker who grew up in Soho. We went to Arturo's with a big party, stood on line in the cold with OLD people in our group for 30 minutes to wait for them to open at 5PM - only to be barked and laughed at by the woman at the door telling us they can not accommodate large parties on a Saturday. This was AFTER our party had called several times earlier in the week and were told we can't make a reservation and we'd have to wait in line. The level of rudeness was unparalleled. We offered to break the party up and they laughed in our face. We had old, disabled people in our party and they did not care. Really gross. Shame on you Arturo's!

Stumbled across this pizzeria and omg the pizza was divine!! So delicious and authentic, super thin crust and the best marinara sauce. And the service as impeccable too. Love that it’s untouched and old NY, none of the fancy new stuff.
