I enjoyed my lunch in this restaurant. The service was good and our server was friendly. I loved my eggplant Parmesan..the buttercup lettuce salad was decent. The ricotta cheesecake and rhubarb panna cotta were delicious.

for the one time that I went, it was OK. I don’t understand what all the hype is all about. I guess it’s because it’s $2000 a night just to stay at the hotel but to me it’s all BS there are tons of better restaurants outside if they were smart, they would open that restaurant up to the public because when I was there, it was empty no vibe at all.

Arva in New York City is an absolute gem! The atmosphere perfectly blends chic elegance with a warm, welcoming vibe, making it ideal for both special occasions and relaxed evenings. The menu is a celebration of authentic flavors with a contemporary twist — every dish feels fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and the staff genuinely make you feel like a valued guest. A must-visit spot for anyone looking to enjoy exceptional food in a stylish setting.

Arva’s food was exceptional, offering flavorful, high-quality dishes. However, the service was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. We sat outside in a nearly empty area, so the restaurant wasn’t busy. Tannille, our waitress took our order and delivered the food but never checked back afterward, seemingly disappearing. To make matters worse, a manager was loudly interviewing for another job on the phone outside near my table, which was highly unprofessional. This neglect overshadowed the excellent cuisine. Improving service would greatly enhance the dining experience.

Not only did we have an amazing bartender but when their kitchen closed they told us about Faces and Places that's open later. This restaurant is first class and such a cool vibe. Would highly recommend because they are the real deal!

The service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown. The dishes were bland and poorly executed, leaving me questioning if this was truly an Italian restaurant. If it was, it’s likely the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. To make matters worse, the prices were outrageously high for such low-quality food. Definitely not worth a repeat visit despite the great service.

Had a great experience at this restaurant, food was amazing and service outstanding. We did have to wait for out table at the bar for a fue minutes. But other than that every perfect.

Really exceptional from beginning to end. Some Italian dishes you don’t see every day were executed flawlessly. Great service and peaceful ambiance.

We had an incredible event at Arva recently. Incredible white glove service, food, and communication throughout. Thank you to the team: Shira, Scott, Yin, Sam, and Alex.

After spending all day the spa at the AMAN we were excited to have arva for dinner. We thought that would be one of the highlights of the day but we were WRONG.

The restaurant and vibe were beautiful. The food however was really horrible. Inedible, so bad that we had to send back a pasta and filled up on burnt bread.

Our server was really nice but the food was absolutely horrible and for that price point and exclusivity I am embarrassed to say it was horrible.

We had the bolognese pasta that tasted like nothing or maybe cardboard? How do you mess up bolognese then we had steak and lamb chops, you could have got a better piece of meat at 4 star steakhouses in nyc. It was really bad.

Anyone reading this thinking about dining there think again, so overpriced and so bad. I dont mind paying for good food but this restaurant should really do a deep dive on their chefs. Such a beautiful place with terrible food. My wifes birthday dinner and I told her last night, i owe you a better/real dinner for your birthday. This was like kids food.

So bad. Definitely skip it.

So posh! The staff spoke hospitality. The hors d'oeuvres were great especially the pistachio ricotta bites.

The place looked really posh - that's the word I have. Clean and elegant style. And that looked like the gentry as well.

It was a prefixed menu for the table and limited vegetarian options, surprisingly none in the entrees but it was plenty of food, still. And good.

The overall vibe was relaxed and vibrant. The service was excellent with great timing. Among us we had the salmon, the organic chicken, and the lobster pasta. The food was cooked to perfection. Although our 92 yo mom said she preferred the salmon at Long Horn. The eggplant and zucchini chips were tasty and the dips were plentiful and yummy. Overall it was a great experience. I just keep thinking if I'm going to pay $75 for a ribeye that I should expect more. I can get excellent entrees with a great atmosphere for a little over half the price.
