I had a great experience at Village Square Pizza. The staff was friendly and attentive, the place was clean and cozy, and the pizza was amazing. I ordered the white pizza and the pepperoni and sausage pizza, and both were delicious. The white pizza had a perfect balance of cheese, ricotta, and honey, and the pepperoni and sausage pizza had a spicy kick that I loved. The crust was crispy and chewy, and the sauce was flavorful and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying slice of pizza in Midtown. Village Square Pizza is one of the best pizza places in NYC.

Great place for a quick slice in the middle of the city.Stopped by for lunch on a weekday. It's a small shop and only one guy was working there. He was friendly and helpful. I got a square slice of cheese and a square slice of pepperoni. The pepperoni was probably my favorite pepperoni slice I've had in New York. The crust was crispy but fluffy and the pepperonis were thick and flavorful, but not too overpowering. The pizza also had a good balance of cheese and sauce. All in all, would definitely return for another quick lunch slice.

Village Square has verrrrry quickly become one of my favorite slices in the city. What's not to like, right? Sicilian style with that thick crust, loaded with sweet tomato sauce, just the right amount of mozz and allllllll the pepperoni could dream of. The balance is near perfect with that thick dough and those pepperoni cups. Gosh, I love a spicy pepperoni cup. This new location is perfect for those who can't get down to the village but craving a delicious slice. I walked in a few weeks after they opened and was greeted by the friendliest guy behind the counter. We chatted for a few about those pepperoni cups while he heated up a couple slices for me.The place isn't too big but there's a counter along the one side if you want to stay in and have your slice, no stools tho. And be warned -- both sides of the place are lined with mirrors. Makes the space feel bigger than it really is and super bright but if you don't like seeing yourself eat then you may want to take your slice to go. :-P Either way -- it's going to be the best $$ you spend all week.
