Found this place near work and I'm very glad I did! Prices are great, the food is very tasty American Chinese, and they seem to have a few authentic dishes on the menu as well. The lunch special can't be beat around here!
The lunch special is decent (good price and portions), but that's basically it. They cover the American Chinese basics well, with their General Tsos being very solid, with delicious and unique flavor.Don't order anything but core classics. Head to Land of Plenty nearby if you want something more authentic.
I really love coming to this little hole in the wall near Bloomingdales. The restaurant finally opened up for indoor dining and there were only two of us in the restaurant. The place was really clean and was still busy for takeout. I ordered from the lunch special which is really reasonable and had the Shrimp with String Beans and a bowl of their Hot and Sour Soup and everything was delicious. The garlic sauce had a nice spicy taste to it and the string beans were really fresh....
