I ordered two orders of two latte's today ($17 each) and I was charged for both orders and neither orders arrived. And go try to call and ask them about it. They told me it wasn't their problem, I should call Seamless (but they did have the number)

I went to get berry napoleon cake from them and specifically asked did it come today, on which sales rep said yes it’s fresh and it came in today.It was to go order so when I came home and tasted it was bad and had sour cream taste. I had to throw it. I called to tell them and he said it came yesterday so definitely they are not being honest to customers when they ask if thing came in today as I was told while purchasing it came today and on call he said it came Wednesday. It wasn’t fresh at all.They get these thing from Martha’s and it’s not organic, made in their facility etc. nothing had been done to accommodate a loyal customer.Very bad service and didn’t own their mistake..

This place always comes to mind whenever I crave for tea or when I want to hang out in the evening. They have great selection of teas. My favorite so far is the Summer Gold. Very refreshing and the name perfectly describes the taste!

Great cafe! Quiet and lots of seating. Laptops welcome and lots of delicious coffee options with lots of syrups and non-dairy milks. Super friendly barista. Great place to hang out and grab a coffee and do some work

Ordered two slices of cake to go along with an iced latte. Well, despite the fact that they have many of their cake slices pre-wrapped to-go, Ateaz does not have any utensils for your to-go order. It’s always such an oddity to me when you have a place like Areaz in a fairly busy area on the UES and they “run out” of basics like to-go utensils, the odd part being that if they grabbed a $20 out of the register they could probably go buy enough utensils to last until they can get some more in from their usual supplier. (Interestingly enough, they did have plastic knives, so this isn’t some sort of anti-plastics statement on the part of management.) The iced latte was good enough, but with so many coffee places to choose from, I can’t imagine returning if the management has so little concern for customers’ convenience.

Wow - absolutely love this cafe. The lattes are incredible, food is fresh and delicious. Very clean, comfortable atmosphere and lovely customer service. Neighborhood favorite.
It is one of the very few cafes that stays open till 10pm and this a big advantage to me!It also has superb collection of aromatic herbal teas that are a delight to sip late in the evening.It carries a good selection of savory stuff but it is stronger on chocolate and other mouth watering gateaux!It has a relaxing and friendly atmosphere but with music too: a nice mix of energy. I fully recommend it.

Atrocious place. If I could give zero stars, I would. First time visiting this place and in all the times I have visited dozens of coffee shops throughout the world I have never seen such attitude. Utterly disrespectful manager and staff. I ordered a caramel latte, took a sip and the syrup was terrible, and coffee was burnt. Then I kindly asked them to make a regular iced latte without the syrup (which is also cheaper from the drink that I ordered) Manager said "the drink is fine" and that I have to order something else then left. These people have no idea how to treat customers and have no idea how to make coffee as well.
