Food was good, but prices are double what they should be. Made a reservation for lunch at 2pm on a Sunday and there was no need - barely anyone there. Ate breakfast the next day. Lots of berries in my oatmeal, but my waiter never refilled my water. Plus they charge $8 for a soda. Only good if you are getting credits from the hotel or have a hilton credit card and can use the rewards for that.

We came here for breakfast and were really disappointed. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated and weren’t acknowledged or greeted during that time. When we were finally seated, it was right next to the kitchen. After we asked if we could switch to the window, the waiter reset/cleaned the table quickly, but the table was still visibly wet with crumbs left on the table.

Service overall felt rushed and inattentive. The food was just okay, nothing memorable. For a restaurant inside the Conrad, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to the standard.

I attempted to book reservations online. We were guest at the hotel. The earliest reservation I could get was for 930 when we arrived at the restaurant it was almost empty and the kitchen was closing at 10:30. Everything was good, but nothing exceeded our expectations.

I made a reservation for lunch on a weekday, But I probably didn't need one as there were only a few other tables occupied. Service was quick, I had the salmon, it was lovely. Best of all, if you have the Amex Surpass card, you can use the quarterly $50 Hilton credit here at the restaurant, without having to stay at the hotel!

Pricey but above average for hotel fare. Service was pleasant and attentive and the food was delicious.

My husband and I stayed at the Conrad and decided to have breakfast at ATRIO. We normally just buy croissants with our Hilton credit and hit the road. The food (omelette, avocado toast, juice) is fresh and tasty, but it is pricey given the portions served because I was still hungry after lol. It was great for our lazy weekend in NYC.

What makes this place is the staff. Friendly, professional and attentive, the host and server were top notch. Food was tasty & we sat in a quieter area w/ nice ambiance. The bar gets loud so if you're looking for quiet, just ask to be seated at the opposite end of the dining room. I'm sure the lovely folks there will take care of you.

Room service and environment was top notch with high quality stay except for our experience at the Atrio Restaurant where my friend’s family had brunch this morning. Carlos, the waiter had rolled his eyes and was bluntly rude when my friend’s son asked about the toppings to have with his pancake. He just with a stare and sigh, “Whatever you want.” The attitude was obviously irritating and no apologies from neither the waiter nor his manager. It is rare to complain in front of the kids, but this was unacceptable. People around us clearly knew Carlos and the manager managed poorly with not admitting their faults because they were just talking among themselves and never bothered to come back to apologize.
We had no choice and had to address the frustration to the front desk who was a lot more helpful and making sure both will get reported to the HR. We sincerely hope nobody experiences this again! Shouldn’t happen to anyone especially to a 2nd grader who asked a simple question politely.
Very disappointing to this happen in Conrad.

Opentable Diner

It took an extremely long time for us to place and receive our order, from our cocktails, to our appetizers to our dinner. Everything was extremely slow. The food was good, which made up for some of this.

We ate at the restaurant four times over a two day stay at the hotel. We tried mussels, salmon, chicken sandwich, most of the desserts, American breakfast, omlet, octopus. Overall, the food was not good. Bland and sometimes overcooked and way too expensive for what you get. The bread pudding was awful (dry, cold, bland). The chocolate cake had cherry (it tasted like cherry) in it, and the restaurant couldn't tell us what it was, and it wasn't listed on the menu. The only good dish was the tiramisu.
