We came across this restaurant from a viral social post and didnt have any expectations honestly. The food was EXCELLENT and it had been a while since we’ve said that about a trending restaurant in NYC. We started with the wings that were some of the best wings I’ve ever had ( they serve it piping with a side of soaked towels to wash your hands) and the bone marrow was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Served on the bone with a side of buttery toast to place the marrow on and a delicious onion jam that sealed the deal. Then we had their famous burger with bacon and egg and it did not disappoint and a shaved prime rib that was AMAZING with a side of bacon Mac and cheese (we came hungry lol). Finished with the chocolate cream pie and key lime pie that sent us. Now the food was amazing but I have to say our server Ariana was what made our overall experience a 10/10. She was the BEST server we have experienced in a long time. She was so friendly, outgoing, and perfectly attentive and really made our night extra special to be honest. WE WILL BE BACK!

This is lively, vibing, vibrant, decedent-burger oriented establishment with some of the best drinks and service I've experienced in this city in a long long time. Highly recommend. The burgers, imo are on par with the best burgers I've had in the city. Bring some friends, have some great drinks, and enjoy these delicious burgers!Dietary restrictions: Keto. Absolutely PERFECT for keto the customer bun-shaped lettuce cups are a really nice touch.

I know this is a burger place, but I am a huge steak person and was craving steak yesterday.I HAVE NEVER HAD STEAK THIS GOOD EVER. Medium rare and it melted omg melted in your mouth. It was made by god.I cannot stop thinking about it. Also, the bone marrow???? it’s to die for. What was this place? Holy cow! Literally!

If you want to make a reservation you will be redirected to the Resy platform. If you make a reservation there you will be charged $5 to hold the booking. This is obviously non-refundable in case of a no show, but even if you do show up to your appointment this fee is charged! Keep this in mind because walk-ins are also possible. This restaurant otherwise has a very limited menu (only 1 burger) but it is very tasty. The atmosphere is also pleasant.

Took a trip to NYC March 2024. I spent hours researching places you just HAVE to eat at and this place always seemed to be in the mix. You can walk in but avoid disappointment by booking. They open the reservation calendar 2 weeks before so think ahead. You arrive at the top of an alley and wonder if you have the right address and if it’s worth the risk BUT don’t worry!!!! We were greeted by young two friendly faces who made us feel really welcome. The place has a very cool NYC vibe, exposed brick, leather seats and moody lighting- good music too! Not really a place for very young kids as I don’t think they would appreciate the food for the price point. Big shout out to Ryan who looked after us at the table ( pay this guy more Mr/ Mrs Manager, he is a diamond!) The double cheese burger is the one to go for - prime beef, egg, pickles, toasted brioche roll, cheese and sweet bacon which came with fries, all washed down with beer and negroni!! (We did order a side of broccoli to feel healthy though!) We were too full for desserts. 5 stars for the service/ atmosphere and food. Clean toilets. It is apparent that a boat load of attention to detail has gone into every aspect of this restaurant! Well done owners, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend you to anyone visiting NYC ;)

They charged $5 just to book a table for two on Resy, and then we still had to wait 25 minutes for it because “the previous party on your table hasn’t left yet”. If you’re going to be charging per person just to book a table, it should at least guarantee a table at the time selected. Service was generally nice enough but our drinks were shockingly literally thrown on our table spilling everywhere and on the menus. Food was good but the experience in general was quite off putting. :(

Probably being a little strict but rounding down a 4.5 to 4.Nice looking place, friendly hosts -- although our waiter was oddly curt and indifferent. Not unprofessional, probably just super busy (the place was packed on a Monday at 8:30pm).Had the chicken sliders and bacon sides -- sliders were chicken tenders on a tiny bun, really tasty (crisp and tender). The bacon was delicious and rendered nicely, maybe need another minute on the fire. The burger was great, although our waiter didn't ask how we wanted it cooked and it came out medium-well (not my preferred doneness). Still very tasty and up there with the better burgers in the city. Emily's might be my personal #1 right now.The fried bologna sandwich came so close to being great. But, the bologna (not like your deli bologna, almost like a pate or liverwurst texture/flavor) was not fried. It was shaved very thin and piled high but just warm. I was expecting a thicker cut with a real fried char on it, or at least the thinner slices fried up crispy. It was still a really good bite, but it could be amazing.French press coffee was outstanding as was the insanely deep, rich chocolate pie with a mountain of whipped cream.

Excellent food. Have gone three times in the last six months and have thoroughly enjoyed everything I’ve tried. Beautiful setting and well lit. Our experience with the staff has been uneven though. Nice but inconsistent.

The service was excellent and friendly (both our waiter and the host), the atmosphere is nice but a little too much like a Restoration Hardware store, a bit cold. The food itself was quite good/very good - but i didn't find the menu/selections terribly appealing or exciting or what I was looking for.

Another supreme experience in NY. It was very busy, we arrived without reservation but there was room at the bar downstairs and we sat at the bar with full service of food. It was another great experience for food and drinks. I'd said drinks were really good and food was ok, but maybe the food is only ok because it was a burger. Service supreme. Recommended 100%

Great burger! As a European and maybe un acclimatised to American food this place was richhh, everything had been cooked, fried, or dipped in butter... naturally was delicious but extremely heavy!I was a little let down by the steak tarter as it was so heavily seasoned the quality of the meat didn't have a chance to shine through, but overall vibey spot for a smash burger!
