I recently visited this restaurant with my family and the experience was really enjoyable. I’ve had a lot of food in Chinatown but you could feel the quality of the food was elevated here. My fav dish was probably the eel, which was sauced so well, and the durian pastry was also a pleasant surprise.

We had a wonderful dining experience here. The staff was very kind and patient, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted great. Perfect place for a family meal or a relaxed dinner. We will be back!

This is the sister branch of Yao which is located in the financial district. The menu is the same but the place is a lot smaller with alot less space between tables. Food is great. Not your typical old school Cantonese found in Chinatown. This is the modern and authentic version you would usually only find in Guangzhou. Loved every dish I ordered with the faves being the signature chicken and the rib eye
