Fast service. Friendly staff. Pretzel a bit too greasy for me.

When I’m on the streets of New York… especially times square… one thing comes to mind - pretzels… specifically Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. I want it hot, crispy, salty or sweet (depending on my mood). And who better to get me a pretzel? My guy “Mi” - he’s got the pretzels on lock and is great with customer service allowing us to enjoy our pretzel and the full nyc experience. Thanks Mi and the Auntie Anne’s Team - I appreciate your service 🫡

Pictured in this review is what they call a classic cinnamon roll ($7.61 with tax), and what I call a cinnamon bun. It did not live up to my expectations because I have had better ones elsewhere. The white frosting on top had virtually no taste. The dough did not seem to have the right texture and was tasteless in areas where there was no cinnamon. I will not pay Auntie another visit.

If you want to eat something sweet, this is the right place. I always come here to buy a snack when I’m going home. My recommendation is, extra frosting for your order. Will make it incredible. Unfortunately they doesn’t have tables to stay, the only do to go orders.

We've tried the original pretzel which was actually very good (with an interesting slight butter flavor that mixes well with the salt crystals). I recommend it if you are avoiding foodtrucks but still want to try a tasty pretzel !

Terrible service, asking a simple question and got nothing but eye rolls and attitude, definitely avoid.
