Came here at 11:25am and was told they were closed and would open in 5 minutes even though there was a worker making pretzels at this stand with a fully stocked pretzel selection in the window and POS systems online. I waited 5 mins and they were still “closed” even though there was someone at the counter making pretzels. Very puzzling, not sure why they couldn’t take a minute to take my money and hand me some pretzels

Once last week and now today I have paid 8.00 for old, hard pretzels. One was butter and salt. One was cinnamon sugar. Both nuggets. This same thing happened to me at White Plains Mall Saturday April 7th. Mall just opened yet my two orders of pretzel nuggets BOTH tasted like day old pretzels. Ridiculous. All I have been trying to do is get a quality, fresh cup of nuggets. A treat for myself. Yet all I have accomplished is wasting my money. And at both locations your workers do not say “Thank You”….horrible product and nonexistent customer service. At Fulton there is one nice lady…the other lady acts like she is doing customers a favor…all while being on her phone. Today was my last try. I will not be back.

Been here a few times and each time I go I'm always hoping it will be better than the last time. I always order pretzel bites. This time, like the time before it, the pretzels aren't broken up and are all stuck together. At least half the pretzels were a bit too dark and the salt was uneven. Most bites hardly had any salt and some were too salty. The frozen lemonade was the star for me and was super tasty! Paid $15+tax for a frozen lemonade and a pretzel bite which seems a bit pricey. The staff is always very kind and respectful.

Pretzels were as good as I remember! The lemonade is my favorite! This is a kiosk inside the Fulton Center station. The service was friendly but they do get busy. If you want pretzel wrapped hot dogs or pretzels then you have to stop by!!
