I placed an order online for an offer of 3x point on the app. I go here just to find out that their “internet is not working”. So not only am I now waiting, I can’t redeem my points. I suggest going to Fulton Street, there’s an Indian woman who’s nice over there and better service.

Stop by last night for a to go pick up, got 2 cups one with pretzel dogs and one with the classic salted nuggets. Both were delicious and fresh. The employee who helped me was very nice. He suggested the flavors since I was indecisive. I had a great experience and would definitely go back. The nuggets were worth the trip.

One of the rudest women at the counter. If manger is reading it, and she is not nanager's relative, she should be fired. She first simply ignored me as I was at the counter and then, she extremely rudely spoke to me which pretzel I want, and then, when I gave my order, she was awfully rude in asking card or cash. When I told her card, she has audacity to ask for tip, but even then, she spoke rudely. Really???? If she didn't like to work there, she could just live on street and ask for money. After all, many others in New York do

Great snack on the ferry. Just a little over priced.

My wife used to live in Chicago and when in Chicago she used to eat Auntie Ann's nuggets pretty often. She then made me discover them and we both were quite fond of them. I say "were" because, the other day, waiting to board the shuttle to Staten Island, we bought a bucket but didn't get what we expected at all. Some of the nuggets were chewy, others were completely dry. The taste was still the same but eating them like that was not pleasant at all.The shop was just opening so maybe they served the ones from the day before, which would be unacceptable... or maybe they're just bad now... I don't know which option would be the worst. What I know is that I'm not sure I want to give them another try... ?One thing was good though: the whole bucket was something like $6 and it was enough for the 3 of us... But it does not matter that it's cheap if the overall experience is bad.Quality & taste: 3/10Quantities: 9/10Atmosphere: n/aOriginality: 7/10Ratio price / quality: 4/10Service: 3/10How I felt afterwards: 3/10More on IG @runnerandfoodie

The worse customer service!!! I brought an almond pretzel and I asked the cashier if he could please give me a disposable glove because I wanted to eat it and my hands were not clean and his answer was ‘we don’t give them to customers, they are only for employees’. Hard to believe that a company can denied a disposable glove to a customer. They cost probably couple cents. The employees behavior was careless and impolite.

Food is good I can always stop and grab something before I jump on the ferry however the employees are always on their phones not paying attention or have an attitude. I stood there for about a minute looked at both employees one was working and the other one was on his phone. The cashier that was on his phone had an attitude because I asked him what he working. So what's that place my order with an attitude and almost build a drink on my clothes. I stopped here and buy something at least twice but I will never be doing that again I will stop at the auntie Anne's somewhere else until they get new employees at the ferry
