I went in today June 2 2025 and try to get my daughters a treat and I ask for 2 smalls of different pretzels. When they didn't have a small in one of them I ask can he just make a large into a small he gave me attitude and suck his teeth while attempting to do it. It seem like it was a bother when I was the only customer in the store at the time. In the past I've seen it done before. I didn't give him attitude I ask politely and that was my result of it so I walk out and told him there was no need for that. If it's company policy to not due so there should be a sign. Other than that my daughters and I love these pretzels.

I just love pretzels and when I saw this auntie anns heading back home I just knew I had to get some and even the customer experience was top notch ! And the pretzels was always as good as I remember, and not to mention the employee who not only greeted me but talked to me about marvel was just great and overall made my day better today. I will definitely try to come back when I get the chance again !

This is my favorite Auntie Anne's ❤Their pretzels are amazing and always fresh. I feel like a kid in a candy store whenever I go there. This store is always clean and they have the best staff working at this place. Christopher made the perfect pretzel bites for me today. I started to eat them immediately because they smelled so good and it was baked to perfection ?. Let me not forget Yareli she works the front of the store and has the nicest attitude ever. Always smiling and greeting all of the customers. She keeps that warmer case looking nice and fresh all of the time. If you are in the area stop by you won't be disappointed.

so I ordered a Pretzel and lemonade sat down to eat and as I took the pretzel out it fell out the open side of the bag on to the floor 7.00 dollars for something I didn't get to eat and was not replaced because auntie Anne's can't use closed bags for their food ?

Drink machines need to taken apart and cleaned, they all taste metallic like blood

Nice to have this special treat around, but extremely overpriced and small portions I wanted the pepperoni pretzel bites but the only cup they had on display looked it all and the cop was basically half full so I asked him if they had any fresh ones coming it’s OBS and after a 15 minute wait I got a half a cup of pepperoni nugs
