I just love pretzels and when I saw this auntie anns heading back home I just knew I had to get some and even the customer experience was top notch ! And the pretzels was always as good as I remember, and not to mention the employee who not only greeted me but talked to me about marvel was just great and overall made my day better today. I will definitely try to come back when I get the chance again !

This is my favorite Auntie Anne's ❤Their pretzels are amazing and always fresh. I feel like a kid in a candy store whenever I go there. This store is always clean and they have the best staff working at this place. Christopher made the perfect pretzel bites for me today. I started to eat them immediately because they smelled so good and it was baked to perfection ?. Let me not forget Yareli she works the front of the store and has the nicest attitude ever. Always smiling and greeting all of the customers. She keeps that warmer case looking nice and fresh all of the time. If you are in the area stop by you won't be disappointed.

so I ordered a Pretzel and lemonade sat down to eat and as I took the pretzel out it fell out the open side of the bag on to the floor 7.00 dollars for something I didn't get to eat and was not replaced because auntie Anne's can't use closed bags for their food ?

Nice to have this special treat around, but extremely overpriced and small portions I wanted the pepperoni pretzel bites but the only cup they had on display looked it all and the cop was basically half full so I asked him if they had any fresh ones coming it’s OBS and after a 15 minute wait I got a half a cup of pepperoni nugs

Sad to say that both locations in NY PENN Station & Newark PENN Station are horrible! I’m not sure if they both are ran by the same owner but they think they can do anything because they’re what is considered a satellite location! Pretzel were hard and tasteless! Oh and wait don’t try to use your. Rewards program points or even coupons because magically both scanners at either locations don’t work they supposedly broke the day before! But since I’ve gone back on other occasions and same issue ! I’ve tried reaching out to someone. But no luck!

10/06/2020 I had placed an uber order and not even 5 minutes of placing it my ordered was canceled, when I called the employee seemed to be making an excuse as to why my order was canceled. I explained I worked in fast food before and I would just like to know why my order was canceled, if something was out of stock I’d order something else, but I wasn’t given that option. To me it looks like the employee is being lazy and doesn’t want to complete my order as the order is to feed 2 people so it might be a little too much. Bad customer service when answering the phone.
