Despite the poor reviews, Auntie Anne's is a pretty consistently decent pretzel no matter where you go. Thumbs up for the great service here. Even at midnight, the fellow at the cashier was super friendly and served up my hot pretzels with a smile.

To sell a pretzel for $9 and have it be stale (likely a few days old) is diabolical. I've never had a bad pretzel from this franchise, until now. Save your money as the stores in the newer part of Penn station have way better snack options.

Check your food, they often give you rock hard pretzels that have been under the heat lamps for days on end

I’ve gotten auntie Anne’s numerous times in the past at different locations and never had a problem with the quality of the food. After coming to this auntie Anne’s in penn station I can no longer day that. They charged me $11 for one cup of pretzel nuggets (usually only $7-$8) and gave me cold old stale pretzels that tasted nothing like the typical auntie Ann pretzels I’ve gotten in the past. This auntie Anne’s establishment is a scam and not selling the real auntie Ann product. Do not waste you money here they are scamming you.

PLEASE, PLEASE… Pay attention. Prices are EXCESSIVELY INFLATED. You will spend DOUBLE here compared to an outside location. And they still try to eek more money out of you! I asked for light ice, realizing what kind of business they are running. Nope, the drink came out with HEAVY ice (less lemonade). I went back and the attendant said, “Oh, you wanted light ice?” Uh-hah. Be careful with this establishment. Just grab something down the street in Times Square - you’ll walk away with some money left for dinner.

So yeah, I’m not going to either of these three Auntie Anne’s for online orders anymore because they never seem to know if they do them at all.

I went to this location for free pretzel day around 4pm and the lady working said the promotion was over for the day (?). Three people behind me in line also asked for the promotion and she rudely denied them as well. When I went to the Brooklyn location, I redeemed my free pretzel promotion as advertised.
