I waited 30 minutes for my takeout, and despite repeatedly reminding them, they gave my food to a dine-in customer who arrived after me. Then they told me mine was still being prepared, with no apology whatsoever. The service was nonexistent. To make it worse, I only ordered one dish. To be fair, the food isn’t bad, but with service like this, it’s hard to see them lasting long in New York. As a loyal customer who has ordered multiple times before, I’m extremely disappointed.

Vanessa was lovely. I chatted with her for a bit... and she made some lovely suggestions on how to amp up my food. God bless sister Vanessa and Auntie Guan's! <3

Fantastic all around. We had pork soup dumplings, spicy tofu, and shrimp fried rice. Service was great and atmosphere was the right balance of lively and quiet enough for a good conversation.

Very authentic Chinese food from the northeastern region! Cozy and low key for both small and large group hang. If you like fried food, order crispy pork. If you wanna try something more local, highly recommend chicken stew with mushroom or pork stew with pickled cabbage.

Some of the best Chinese food I’ve eaten outside of China. Represents Dong Bei cuisine really well. Authentic, tasty and generous dishes.

I had the worst food poisoning in my life after eating at auntie guan’s kitchen. I had an important day the next day, if I hadn’t threw all up in the morning, I can’t imagine the consequence of getting this sick for my big day. I don’t care what scale of business you run, you can save as much money as you like. But You NEVER joke with people’s health! NEVER, EVER! Shameful joint! Take care of your freezer! Take responsibility! You will hear from department of health.

Best place in the city for northeastern Chinese food. Get the sweet and sour crispy pork, and griddled tofu. So good

Had a craving for dry pot and walked by this restaurant- we ordered the Mala dry pot & loved it. There was a mix of chicken, tofu, shrimp, and beef as well as a bevy of vegetables and garnishes. The portions were larger than we expected and we even took some leftovers home
Would recommend- the price was reasonable given the location of the restaurant
