The food was lukewarm and the bread was cold. I had to ask the waitress to microwave the bread
I had food at the queen of sheba in manhattan a week before and it was excellent. Do yourself a favor and save your money. The waitress was pleasant and nice. No complaints there.

I generally try not to go to the same place multiple times because there's so much good food out there and not enough time to try it all - but this place got added to the repeat list immediately. The service was warm and friendly, the food came out quickly, and it was delicious. Not much more to say - if you're looking for good Ethiopian food, you cannot go wrong with Awaze.

The first time I’ve had Ethiopian and second guessed my decision on eating it. The food just sorta felt like something was missing. I was left waterless for about 10 minutes, the food is quite spicy too. The tea is exceptional though.

Quiet cozy atmosphere filled with a happy family, you can tell this is both a local spot and something people go out of their way for. Veggie Combo for 2 is the way to go!

Stumbled upon this place since it was near our hotel. The food was very good, some of the best Ethiopian food we have had. Service was prompt and very friendly.
We ordered a veggie combo for one and a meat combo for one, was plenty of food for two people, could have easily fed three or four.
Pricing was very reasonable.. highly recommend!
