I had been waiting for 30 mins and a lot of people were after me received their orders. 1st the lady told me she gave my order to some one, than she told me just waiting my pan cake. (I think they for get to make my pan cake). No apologies and compensation (like a free drink, they don't know how to do business ). When I open it my pan cakes were burned to black. ???I've been waiting for 30 minutes and a lot of people got their orders after me. First, the lady told me she gave my order to someone, then she told me she was just waiting for my pancakes. (I guess they were busy making my pancakes). No apology or compensation (no free drinks, they don't know how to do business). When I opened it, my pancake was burned black. They were not very busy at the time). The pork ribs with black bean sauce don't have black bean sauce. ???

Came here on Sunday evening and the place was empty so it was nice to have it to ourselves. Food is made fresh to order which is great. Free hibiscus tea for a review on top of that! Prices overall are also very reasonable for time square.
