Fresh sushi and great service! Got the mango tuna and avocado eel rolls! Very kind and attentive server, very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and delicious sushi for such a good price! 6 pieces for $8.50.

Came here last minute knowing it looked like a quick easy entry level sushi place which is it. What surprised me was their queenie roll being a roll I haven't seen before and surprisingly refreshing and pleasant. We also asked about a big substitution, basically changing a roll completely and they said they could do it for us. The salmon avocado roll was very soft and both the salmon and avocado were very fresh. Im very glad I stopped in and will come again!

Great little place with a great lunch special. Easy to order online for pickup or to dine in (just a few small tables, perfect for a quick bite). Always a favorite whenever I'm in the area.

I recently visited Aya Sushi and was blown away by their signature assorted sushi and sashimi platter. Each bite was a delightful explosion of fresh, meticulously crafted flavor. I loved the modern ambiance and attentive service. It exceeded my expectations and left me with a truly remarkable experience.

I liked AYA experience. Nice sushi when you crave a cozy place close to Times and Port Authority.

Friendly staff!

Super basic kinda-Asian restaurant, with a nice staff making average sushi. I'm rating this against the best of the best, but let me be clear: I will frequent this place again. Around Times Square, the quality here is just good enough and the trust just good enough that I would rather eat here than most other $30-or-less meal places in Times Square. So I'm not sure how to rate this: four stars b/c of the comparison with the rest of Times Square, or three stars b/c of the comparison with, say, Long Island City?

Anyway, get a roll, they're well-sized. I also got the seemingly silly tuna pizza. The crust does hold up but isn't that crunchy when taken out, so eat that one there.

An okay place for an asian food visit. The reason I said 'asian', not japanese, because the main entree seems to have a mix of thai/chinese/japanese food.

It has reasonable price and close by the Port of Authority enough that you can stop by for a quick meal before departure.
