A hot breakfast sandwich on a New York bagel on a cold winter day. May have been the best breakfast sandwich I ever ate. It was my first New York bagel this way and it hit a home run! I wish I had the stomach, time and money to eat four more! They also had some cream cheese flavors I never knew ever existed. If near by for any reason this is a must stop.

All the bad reviews are completely absurd. You’re in Yorkville. If you can’t afford it, just leave and go back to Ohio. Obviously it’s going to be expensive bagels, with high quality. I love bringing people here when visiting out of town. The real deal when it comes to New York bagels. “Ohhh the guy at the credit card machine wasn’t nice because I was slow and holding up the line” This is a place for locals. If you’re going to freeze up when asked to pay, again go back to Ohio. Also, it’s Bagel Bob’s, not Bob’s Bagels. Too many people be calling it Bob’s Bagels.

Order is always incorrect. Rude employees. Overpriced for burnt bagels. If my wife didn’t want something from here I would never walk in this place. I speak both English and Spanish. No matter how I give my order, it is always wrong. They beg for tips on every credit card transaction.

Bagel Bob’s is an alright spot for a bagel, but it’s nothing extraordinary. The bagels are decent, soft and chewy, but the flavor doesn’t really stand out compared to other places in the area. The toppings are good, but the service can be a bit slow depending on when you go. It’s a convenient choice if you’re in the area and craving a quick bagel, but there are definitely better spots in the city.

They rush you to say your order, but then they get the order wrong because they don’t listen to everything you say. Every. Time. It’s absurd.
Bagel was pretty good - soft and fluffy, fresh veggies on the bagel, good cream cheese. Clean inside and nice staff. Coffee however was pretty bad, and the home fries were very mushy.
