My second review. I’ve returned because the butter is not ok. It tastes grainy and spoiled. Fool me twice, shame on me. I quit.

It’s cheap and “good”, but that also means the ingredients are cheap too.

I’m a born and raised New Yorker, and this store is ripping off the public. You want to charge $5.12 for an egg sandwich , just eggs then $2.87 for a 12 oz can of Coke. This is not even prime time real estate area. $287 for a can of Coke that cost $175 or $2.00 max. Are you serious? What is your can of Coke made of gold? People, be careful this place is a rip off. Oh and the guy who maintains the register he has no clue. You got me once but not twice. Unbelievable!

The Bagel Boss is definitely one of the best bagel places in the city, hands down. Not only are their bagels delicious, but their positive attitude and great energy right from when you walk in the door, after you get your order, just makes you want to come back for more. We have been here many times, and I can say that everything I am mentioning has been consistent as well. I also love the fact that they proactively send Israeli charitable ideas during these very hard times.

Great bagel shop!!! Lots of options and good NYC style bagels. We had whitefish and lox bagels - both excellent.

I stopped here one morning for a bagel which is one of my favorite breakfast items. It was pretty crowded but the staff managed the crowd well. I loved how the staff knew a lot of their regulars by first name and acknowledged them which was cool. The young lady at the register was very friendly and welcoming. Prices were reasonable for the area. The deli has an array of bagels, flavored cream cheese, teas and coffees. They make different breakfast sandwiches. I decided on the French toast bagel with an egg and cheese and it was just okay. I was shocked how flavorless the bagel tasted. Thank goodness the egg and cheese made up for the bland bagel. I would still return to check out some other menu items and just pass on that French toast bagel. LOL

I feel seriously ripped off by this place. A bagel with two eggs is $4.25. If you get it on a flagel, however, with a piece of cheese, it's $7.50. How is it possible that it costs almost the same to add cheese and put it on a flagel? Never ever again.

Ordered a whole wheat everything bagel but received a normal everything. However, it was delivery so by the time it got to me it was too late.

SUPER FAST SERVICE!!! I ordered a toasted everything bagel with lox cream cheese and it was absolutely DELICIOUS. Probably one of the best bagels I ever had (and no, I'm not just saying that because I walked in super hungry haha). There are a few places to sit if you would like to enjoy your food there. The tables were nice and clean so extra points for that. Definitely coming back to try other menu items!!!

They are kosher but it’s not posted anywhere. They won’t serve you anything with meat and cheese together except lox. Kinda disappointing. Otherwise, my bagel was fine, but not amazing.

WARNING: adding cheese is $1.50. Got a standard bagel with egg and cheese. Didn’t realize till it was too late. $6 total for bagel with egg and cheese. Overall tasted OK, but wouldn’t return for how expensive it was.
