I've been to this place several times and everytime I go there the prizes are different for the same typical order. Depending on the cashier prizes change. I don't usually write reviews , but knowing one day I pay a prize and the following day I pay a different prize for the same order makes not want to go there anymore.

I get bagels most mornings. This is terrible. I asked for it to be well-toasted; instead it’s cold, looks like it never saw a toaster. The butter didn’t even melt. Such a waste of money and disappointment in a city where you can get great bagels.

Had breakfast here 3 times whilst staying at hotel around the corner. Business name is misnomer they offer a wide variety of items i sampled waffles, pancakes and omelette with bagel. Coffee is good too. Service is quick and there a few small tables though custom appeared to be mostly take out. Prices are reasonable for NYC

I’m leaving a negative review because there is no way to call or email the manager. My everything bagel was stale and chewy. The lox and cream cheese were just OK. I arrived at 2:15pm, they asked what I wanted and I wasn’t ready. I took exactly 1 minute to make a decision. Then the man at the counter said “you have to order right now because we are closing”. They don’t close until 2:30. I hate leaving bad reviews and I will gladly take this down if the manager responds. Thanks.

Best bagel in NYC! I ordered a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and an everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese. Both were absolutely delicious. The bagels were large, fresh, and had the perfect texture. The cream cheeses were also fresh and full of flavor. This is the perfect spot for any breakfast item you’re craving. Highly recommend!

Came because I live nearby. Ordered a basic ham and cheese bagel which I didn’t see on the menu and they charged me the same price as a regular sandwich which is much bigger (~$13). Never went back
