Ordered the Bella and BLT which were both very good. Service was excellent and fast, and there wasn't a lot of people in the morning so it was easy to find seats. I thought the prices were reasonable compared to other bagel places but I'm a tourist so I'm not sure if there are better deals elsewhere.

I used to be a regular here. I always get the same thing, and there’s usually the same guy with glasses at the register. Today there was someone different. They rung me up for something more expensive than usual and I thought maybe it was something with the way they ring it up. I then opened up my order when I got in and it was wrong. I called back to explain and the manager was not helpful at all. He spoke to the person ringing and they said the completely wrong thing that I ordered what they gave me. The worst

Great bagels, always fresh and chewy, just what I crave when I'm in the mood for a bagel. Good selection of spreads and sandwiches. Don't tell the people waiting in a long line at the popular place by Columbus Circle that these bagels are better and you probably won't have to wait in a line out the door. Seriously, don't tell them.

Make sure you repeat your order several times to the person taking your order. I don’t know how Whole Wheat Everything bagel sounds anything like “salt bagel” who orders a salt bagel anyway. Was too far away to go back after I realized.
