I visited you on Thurs and was amazed at how you treat me, I am from the UK and didn't know what to expect, the lady who served me really helped and even gave me a free muffin to make the experience more amazingly fun

Someone recommended this place to me for an authentic New York bagel, and I’m so happy they did. I’ve never seen such a wide selection of bagels, spreads and smears! I got the french toast bagel w cinnamon raisin walnut cream cheese and it was wonderful. The coffee was good, but next time I’ll try the greek-style freddo cappuccino.

I’ve been coming to this place for awhile. Bagels have been good. Got a sandwich for the first time, cmon. I’m sure another paper thin slice of Taylor ham on their sandwiches won’t hurt margins that bad.

Nightmare BLT.. less than the minimum amount of bacon.. twice the maximum amount of tomato.. and whole jar of mayo dumped on top. I basically took the sandwich apart, put all the bacon on 1 half, removed all but 1 piece of the necessary amount of tomato and wiped down the entire sandwich with napkins to remove the mayo.. then threw out the 2nd half. I would have thrown out the entire thing but I was starving

The food here is fine but they need to really work on their system. orders are frequently wrong and can take 20+ minutes easily for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. i waited 25 minutes today for a coffee and toasted butter bagel.
Just OK bagels, no toilet, and limited seating.
