Nightmare BLT.. less than the minimum amount of bacon.. twice the maximum amount of tomato.. and whole jar of mayo dumped on top. I basically took the sandwich apart, put all the bacon on 1 half, removed all but 1 piece of the necessary amount of tomato and wiped down the entire sandwich with napkins to remove the mayo.. then threw out the 2nd half. I would have thrown out the entire thing but I was starving

The food here is fine but they need to really work on their system. orders are frequently wrong and can take 20+ minutes easily for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. i waited 25 minutes today for a coffee and toasted butter bagel.

Ordered online, arrived on time, then had to wait 11-12 minutes before they finally finished my order (I had to ask about it twice before I got it). Sandwich was okay, but honestly it would have taken the same amount of time to walk to Liberty Bagels and back. Food would have been better too.

Perfect breakfast sandwich and the most courteous staff in NYC. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The bagel was fresh, warm, chewy and flavorful. The jalapeno cream cheese had the right amount of heat and portion size was perfect. Lots of options available for all types of eaters. I will definitely visit again when I come back to NYC.
Solid bagels and friendly staffs. We both got an everything bagel with lox, scallion cream cheese, tomatoes and capers (the classic lox). Also got a blueberry muffin to share. The owner also gave another muffin on the house. The iced americano is really strong so if you don’t like strong coffees, opt for an iced coffee. Might be my new bagel place!
