Wow. Amazing bagel! 🥯 Kept it simple with my lox#1 on a poppyseed bagel but there are so many choices on the menu you could come everyday for a month and still not have tried everything!😋

Enjoyed their fresh bagels. I bit pricey, but so is everything else in NYC. Watched the workers take the fresh bagels directly out of the oven. These bagels are a bit lighter than Utopia bagels but still very delicious.

Stopped in before catching a train, ordered their lox #4 and a green machine juice. They were ON IT. Super fast service, generous portions, and I watched them juice the vegetables right in front of me. Packaged well, held up on the train. I honestly just wish there was a little ice in the juice, but other than that, no notes. Both were perfect!

The Brooklyn location used to be reasonable.
$29+ for a bagel with cream cheese and small orange juice. Do not go here.
This place is LEGIT. Near MSG and perfect as we wait for the train. Get you some, it won't disappoint!

Literally the best bagel I’ve ever had. Lovely staff and cool vibes. Custom order is v reasonably priced too.

We were here on a busy morning. There was a little bit of a wait. There's not a whole lot of seating, but we were able to get a table and fit three chairs around it within a couple minutes of placing our order. Our bagel sandwiches and coffee drinks tasty. My wife wasn't a fan of how crowded it was, but I kind of like being in the middle of it all so I loved it. The seating is crowded so you're basically right next to the next table, you can hear their conversation.

The bagels are fantastic, the menu variety excellent, the staff friendly and courteous at all times - but let’s talk about that great music vibe playlist from the 70s and 80s and around that era. That’s the cream cheese on the cake!

Good spot for bagels, slightly on pricey side. Asked for a cup of water and had my personal water bottle if they didn’t want to provide a cup, but they said they only sell bottled water. Just needed to get an allergy pill down, so kind of a bummer. Whack policy.

Based on the reviews complaining about the attitudes from employees, I don't even need to go into much detail about my experience.
For the manager on duty and the little girl (who couldn't control her mouth) at the register today (10/27) at 10AM, they should be retrained on how to communicate with customers. I've been to other Bagel Pub locations and have never had a bad experience.
I would avoid this location. Rude employees, mistaken/cold food, no accountability.

The personal is really really rude. They don’t explain anything, and you discover the price at the end. So for one supplement it was 5$ supplement, when we complained about it they said it was written on the menu but when we asked the guy that took the order he refuses to tell us. So 10.50 for that shit that wasn’t even good, I would not recommend AT ALL

The crown jewel of bagels… Pumpernickel Everything. Perfect thin, crunchy outside with ample everything topping. . Plain cream cheese was all it took .

This is the most overrated bagel shop in Manhattan. Service is tragic and food was burnt. Leo’s in Financial District remains #1

Cool place, room temp smoothies, typical bagels, rock hard unsweet cinnamon rolls.
