The food was good, as always. We order from them often, but today, we did not get any utensils even though I specifically asked for them. When I called the store, they got defensive and told me I had to pay for it. I am happy to pay for it, but please deliver the utensils. This is not customer service.
A classic kosher restaurant , hits the spot. If you're looking for a bagel and cream cheese, slice of pizza, or a solid Israeli salad - this is the spot . What a nice greeting - the moment we walked in they said hellos let us help you what would you like etc... don't usually find that at a quick dine in.
I really like this bagel shop that's near my work. It's a no-frills place, but the workers are always quick and attentive, and they provide good service. My only wish is that they offered buffet-style lunches like some other delis.
