Hi I have been shopping here for so many years and they haven’t changed the gluten free cupcakes….
Considering so many people have an allergy issue, it sure would be nice and so appreciated to see a bit more variety in the gf cupcakes

So let me just start off by saying the woman working there behind the counter was wonderful ❤️ . She answered all my questions with a smile on her face and so kindly. These cupcakes are so good at presentation (good job⭐️) the only problem is the taste and it doesnt leave me wanting more - i did get sucked in by the presentation but i will not spend my money here on boring bland mediocre cupcakes :( ? disappointment ? btw i got one of the 25 pack ones for 20% off

Overpriced trash. Not sure who pays like $2 for a cupcake that is not even a full bite ...they refused to sell me just one. If you want the equivalent of a normal cupcake you'd need 4-5 of these tiny things. I made a mistake of paying way too much for a 6 pack and they were disgusting. Flavors all tasted super processed.To top it all off they don't take cash which is illegal.

Cupcakes are moist and cute. We ordered a small box of 6. Really had a hard time distinguishing the flavors except for the peanut butter and jelly and the chocolate mint. They were good, but not great like I expected. I wouldn’t go out of my way or make a special trip to get them.

Pre-ordered Vday cupcakes a month in advance to pick up on the day of. Ordered an Uber pick-up to find out that the store did not have any valentine's day cupcakes because they were sold out. What was the point of me reserving the cupcakes so far in advance if they were just going to give them out?

We have always loved Baked by Melissa - the tiny cupcakes are just fun. Warning to all - never purchase gift cards from them. I was given a gift card to go in and purchase some for a treat (live in NYC). I went into the store - they didn't know how to use the gift card, kept trying to say it was a discount code (I had the email saying it was a $50 gift card). Spent 30 minutes in the store while they tried to figure it out - they still didn't know what to do, were trying to work through it with corporate - but NOTHING, so I left. While trying to figure out how to use the gift card, the cashier activated it - so when I then tried to use the code online, it said it was no longer valid. Emailed and called corporate to try and get a refund for the gift card - no response. Extremely poor customer service - will stick to other places for cupcakes from now on. As of 9/8 - they have STILL not been in contact - I've emailed them TWICE and there has been ZERO response from customer service. Horrible company. Don't give them your money.

Well what can I say about this place.. Skip it!Tried to get some bite-sized cupcakes. Came out with some frozen bad hard items. No paper in the cupcakes. No freshness at all.

Scrumptious cupcakes! Love buying some sets for special occasions.

Cupcakes were okay. Also, wish the vegan cupcakes came in a smaller set.

You can taste various types of cupcakes depending on the season. The bite size is so cute and makes a great gift.
