Although the cupcakes are delicious, ordering off of the website is horrible. If you have an account, they pre-fill the shipping address for you with your last shipment. This causes complications when you are constantly sending these to different recipients. Because they do not ask for a shipping address, the cupcakes are being sent to my last recipient (who doesn’t even live there anymore). I tried calling for support but there is no support. No one answers the phone, the live chat is useless and they state no changes, no refunds. So now I just spent $60 sending cupcakes to some stranger in CA and no one can help me. I did call within 2 minutes of placing the order, but the understaffed call center has not responded. This is awful customer service.

AWFUL customer service - took days to hear back from anyone and my concern was never addressed. When the 100 mini cupcakes were delivered they came with freezing instructions which I did. When I served them to a large group, they were wet, almost soggy and tasted disgusting. Mortified. Threw them all out! PLEASE read your reviews and make changes. We’re routing for you!
