I ordered 4 days ahead of my mom in laws bday and paid extra to have it delivered on her bday. I did not receive any shipping update so contacted them. They said it was out for delivery today (mom in laws bday) before 8pm. I guess that was okay. I tried to track it with CDL, their courier, and nothing said that it was out for delivery. So I contacted CDL and apparently it wasn’t out for delivery yet but it is in transit to the delivering warehouse. According to their scans, it was shipped just today. Paid for delivery just to be lied to. Instead of shipping it at least a day before, they will ship it the same day you need it. I ordered cakes, gifts, flowers for delivery with different companies and they always come on time. I wanted to try this company to see if they are worth the price. Apparently not. So disappointed ☹️, will not order again from them.

Nadine & Jada were absolutely amazing! I had a huge order that needed to be placed, and they did more than an amazing job at getting everything together in under 30 minutes. They were welcoming & friendly, and definitely made my experience wonderful. They’re also really knowledgeable about the cupcakes available & how to store them to keep them fresh. I will definitely be ordering from this location again & would love to keep seeing Nadine & Jada.

The options/variety is VERY limited. The pre-packed boxes are WAY OVER PRICED. The cupcakes are really expensive. 6 cupcakes for $13 and the are like an inch and a half each. Create your own option is not available and maybe with max 2 flavors. No seating. Not worth the hype. Overpriced.

Unreliable - don't order from here. I ordered vegan muffins more than 24h in advance for a coworker. They canceled an hour before they were supposed to be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. Either cancel the order right away or plan to have enough muffins ready.
