On average this place is amazing. I've been going here from time to time. However, I ordered a cupcake recently, it was hell. The completely wrong cake. It wasn't what I asked for. I arrived to pick up a cupcake at 6:05 p.m. m. I received my cake at 6:20, however once I received the cake it looked horrible...nothing like I could imagine. It was going to be a white cupcake with a graduation cap. A red heart on the side with heartbeats. Once I got it, it wasn't that at all. When I told them, they told me to come back the next day, but at that point they were super busy, so at that point I knew they were going to say they didn't talk to me. Therefore, I stayed, after arguing with the workers about fixing the cake, they told me it would damage the cake. I. I was running on a time schedule, but the cake had to be for a party at 8 p.m. m. The point is that I asked for their names, no one gave them. I called the number I sent the sample photo to and the woman on the phone spoke with the owner. I left that bisocho and got two tres leche cakes.

The service is great, professional, not to mention the food, you just lick your fingers. The bakery that I normally go to is located in the Bronx, but I was in the rush and didn't have time to go up there; I went online looking for the nearest bakery and El panadero pop up. Now that I know them (The lovely ladies and all) it has become a real challenge going to the Bronx ?.

I love this bakery and will never stop going to it. My bf introduced me to it and I couldn't be happier. They have fair prices and a good selection of items. I would recommend the empanadas and Oreo cake. Just as a warning it is ALWAYS busy. I have yet to go there when it isn't busy. You can leave with a good amount of stuff for under $10, but when me and my bf we stock up hence me spending $25.
Vegetarian options: All the bakery items are vegetarian to my knowledge. They do have amazing cheese empanadas.

I have been coming to this bakery for more than 10 years and the service has fallen terribly. The last straw was when my wife bought three biscuits and they came out different as we asked, including photos from below. Recently, on Saturday 8-17-24, we bought our fourth medium 40-size cake and it had dark spots on the inside, on the bottom and top. I imagine that the person who put supiro(icing) had to know before selling. Don't buy here.?
My wife and I have been coming to this bakery our entire lives. We have purchased multiple cakes from here no problem. In the past 2 years, the service as fell off. This year we purchased 3 cakes and provided pictures and instructions of the colors to use, but we received something completely different. This Saturday 8-17-24 we purchased a cake for 40 dollars and upon cutting the cake we found dark spots under, middle and on top of cake. I imagine The baker who frosted cake must have seen the spots and still frosted it for sale. Don't come here. You will be disappointed.
