Absolutely terrible I truly wouldn’t recommend this bakery anymore they fell off I’ve always went here for my son birthday cake and I’ve recently went here for my son birthday , I requested a all blue cupcake cake shaped as the number five, the flavors to be chocolate and vanilla and I’ve received nothing like what I’ve requested ..I went to pick up my cake nd it was in the shape of the letter L , the frosting looked as if they didn’t care about the presentation it was poorly put on and very hard as if these cupcakes were old also the cupcake’s itself were very burnt nd dry my guest refused to eat the cake sad part is all the cupcakes were burnt and tasted very old the frosting looked and tasted expired when I ate one there was a black hair inside and I vomited and when i requested a refund I was denied when I asked to be given freshly made cake I was told that couldn’t happen and they “followed my order request “ honestly can say the customer service is terrible and I don’t know what I did to deserve this type of service but I hope the health inspectors make them get they act together or simply close down this business

I ordered a Oreo filling and cream cheese white cake .The smallest size circle cake they have. The lady in the store was a little rude ,when I was asking about the price. she keep adding more money to the amount.I been ordering cakes from this bakery for 8 years and the smallest cake was never 45 dollars..on top of that she forgot to put the Oreo cookie part.I had to keep reminding her to put it on the order recipe. Then i got home and checked the cake ,it was vanilla custard and the cake was very wet??..( mind you the custard cakes cost 30 dollars)Just for that I'm going somewhere else to get my birthday cakes.

It’s my 3rd or 4th time visiting in this bakery because it’s convenient when i am at my work place. Their cheese danish and coffee are my favorite. I don’t go to the dunkin donuts anymore. The Spanish girl is sweet and kind. Would love to come again. Thank you for the service.
