Each bite was better than the last, showcasing true culinary talent. The team provided thoughtful and attentive service. This restaurant has earned a permanent spot on my favorites list.
We didn't make a reservation, but we were willing to sit outside, which was enjoyable. We were able to observe New York walk by as we ate the very tasty food. The escargot, halibut, duck and banana caramel dessert were all so good. Definitely a restaurant to try and get to when visiting NYC.
Breakfast at Baltazar had been on my bucket list for a while. I had the opportunity to return to New York City this past week and took advantage. With the publication of Keith McNally‘s memoir earlier this year, the experience was even more poignant. The service, as expected, was outstanding. The ambience was perfect, transporting you to a Parisian brasserie. And let’s not forget the food. Simply amazing.
