The service is friendly, and they generously allow you to sample as many flavors as you desire. Opting for the Kinder Bueno and Movie Theater (popcorn flavored with M&Ms) seemed like a fun choice, but the gelato's consistency was disappointingly thin, lacking the creaminess expected.Unlike other gelato places where you can mix two flavors in a small, here you're nudged into getting a medium size and forced into a waffle cone, which may not suit everyone's preference. At $10 for a medium, the portion size felt inadequate, especially considering the hefty price tag, even by NYC standards.Overall, while the experience was pleasant, the underwhelming gelato and pricing leave much to be desired. For these reasons, I'm unlikely to make a return visit.

Amazing soft serve ice cream, amazing service and atmosphere. I had the Ferrari Rocher and Belgium Chocolate flavors and they at awesome. Plus the lady who served was friendly and went above and beyond keeping the place clean. Highly recommend!

Vegan pistachio gelato was some of the best I’ve ever had, so rich and creamy, strong flavor and not too sweet. We also got our dog a pup cup and sat with her in the back garden, the perfect place to chill out for a minute. Gelato that's to die for!! A bit expensive but they give you a lot and the vibes are really fun for a late-night ice cream run. If you visit, check out their really cool backyard.UPDATE: This place has cockroaches!! Ew ?. I can't look at them the same anymore.

The frog at the front is a quirky greeting to the wonders inside… not just another glitzy dessert spot. The gelato is creamy and delicious, got the pistachio and Ferrari rocher. Friends loved all their choices and we had a cozy spot in the corner finished with a gelato mirror selfie. Highly recommend!

My favorite gelato place in Manhattan. Hands down. Super fun atmosphere and plenty of outdoor seating. Great patio out back, as well!
Too much variety of flavors, each one better than the last, a very fun atmosphere full of colors, art and distractions, an excellent place to spend some time with friends/partner, 100% recommended, if you go you have to play Pac Man and try to beat the record ??Kid-friendliness: lots of fun and colors for the children
