I visited Banc Café in New York at the start of November 2025 with my mum and sister from Belfast, and we had an incredible experience from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and relaxed — perfect for a family or couples night out in such a busy city.\n\nThe staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, striking the ideal balance between professional and personable. A special mention has to go to Tom, the manager, who made us feel especially welcome....
My experience was amazing. I chose to do my weekly solo date at the banc cafe. Although it was busy for Tuesday my server Jack made me feel like I was the only one there. He treated me with nothing less of respect, patience, and kindness. He gave me great recommendations when I needed one and continuously checked on me. He was kind enough to even charge my phone and bring it back whenever I needed to check on it. He is a hard worker and is good at what he does. Thanks to Jack...
We love this spot — brunch here is always amazing. Great food, great drinks, and just an easy, fun vibe. You can usually find us here any given Saturday.
Tom is also great and always goes out of his way to accommodate, even gave me a Banc shirt one time when I had a wardrobe malfunction lol
