Food is 10/10 so I keep giving this place a chance. service could use some improvement.
1st time - Staff was dismissive and I waited a very long time for my ClassPass order. Didn’t think much of it. Said I would call ahead next time.
2nd same (Same woman) - Called here multiple times to place my lunch order (around 11:45 am) with no response, and then received a call from the number 20 mins later stating “who is this, you called my phone.” Had to wait 30 mins for my order (took up my entire lunch time).
Great food but customer service could use improvement.

I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice via Uber and it is disgusting. The chicken is mostly breading and severely over cooked, each piece is so hard. And the rice is inedible. So disappointed

I loved the food here! The General Tso’s chicken was crispy and flavorful, the Dan Dan noodles were perfectly seasoned, and the dumplings were fresh and delicious. The service was great too. Highly recommend this place!

Came here in a pinch and tried the General Tso Chicken. It was tasty, good quantity and the rice was cooked well. I would go back.

I tried reaching out to Mr. Bao about the order a minute before they accepted my ubereats order and called them and the lady told me to call the uber eats to cancel my order and I can’t issue a refund. I chat ubereats about my order and said I’m responsible for the cancellation charge.
The minute they accepted the order it says 1st ave location which was the order supposed to be in Williamsburg location. I can’t refund my money even though I called to request to cancel my order. I had to dispute the transaction just because they didn’t really respect a customer. So I wouldn’t let them steal my money. I don’t want to continue using Ubereats and order at Mr. Bao. It is very frustrating aside from being too overpriced and all. Please be aware that the customer service is really bad.

Food was really good but it took an insane amount of time for my food to come out (ordered rice, soup, and karage chicken). It took way too long for them to even hand me my bottled tea. There weren't even that many people in the restaraunt so idk what the deal was. They did apologize but seriously it shouldn't take that long. It took 30 minutes to get my order.
Also someone kept asking me for money while I was trying to place a kiosk order.
The food was good so I will be coming back but hopefully this is a one time thing
