As you walk in, you might be forgiven for expecting bar coastal to be a typical example of the sports bar type. And, to some extent, it is indeed a very competent example of such. But what raises it far beyond the average, is the competence, friendliness, and knowledge of the staff. They are really wonderful - and the place rewards visit, if you happen to be in the neighborhood, and like that sort of atmosphere.

Terrific wings. The indoor eating area is small. You are not going here for ambience. However, once the wings arrive to the table you stop noticing anything but the plastic basket of fried goodness.

Sighhh I’m really torn. I used to go here often for their atomic wings but this recent visit it was a let down. The wings were dry, didn’t come with any carrots and celery (they used to give alot!), and the bud light draft was skunky. Perhaps a off day? I hope so, their wings used to be the atomic bomb!

Haven’t had the food , I went there on 5/22/21 , was seated and asked if we can move to another table 20 mins after getting there . Two people had came in and asked for our seats. How do you ask a paying customer to get up so two others can sit where we were ? Why didn’t they give THEM seats that weren’t taken ? Highly unprofessional. Would not recommend .

As good as advertised. Wings were as good as I’ve ever had if not better.Let’s talk More about the wings. KERRY’S WAY is the way to go. I think it’s “off menu” but you gotta do it. Waitress described it as “hot and tangy” and that was spot on. There was the perfect amount of heat while still maintaining a rich flavor. Seriously, some of the best wings I’ve ever had. We also got mild wings which were good, just not memorable when compared to the Kerry’s way. Great crisp on all the wings.They no longer come with celery on the side (crazy in my opinion) so we had to order them on the side.Fries: LOVED the sweet potato waffle fries (aka wafer). The regular wafer fries were decent.Mozz sticks were outstanding. Some of the best I’ve had.Fried Mac and cheese bites were awesome too.Can’t wait to get back to Bar Coastal soon. Great place to watch a game, awesome food, dynamite wings.
