They’re so freaking rude. It is new york and the customer service is highly competitive. If you’re closing theres a proper way of disclosing that instead of kicking curs out. You can take your nasty sandwiches and shove it up somewhere. We won’t return back and we’re new yorkers. Tourists - avoid this place.
This place has been on my list forever, and I’m so happy I went. Vibes were unmatched! Came for the first day of summer and got to enjoy their delicious Aperol Spritzes whilst sitting outside. There is usually a queue outside and it can be a bit of a wait. They are quite busy so understandably the waiters are very busy so there were times we were waiting a while for our drinks, but otherwise it was a great time.
If you're in the area and want to temporarily transport yourself to a traditional café in Italy, this is the place to visit! I started off with a cappuccino and bomboloni with raspberry filling and then ended with a negroni originale - all while writing in my journal and watching the world roll by on a rainy day from one of their covered, outside tables.
Everything was incredible! The bartender with tattoos last night in the newer section made the most fantastic drinks I’ve ever had and was super kind in giving extra olives to my martini!
Terrible service. Our waiter was so rude, kept forgetting our order and couldn’t be bothered to look at us in the eye or say please or thank you, because of this we didn’t tip which he oddly was shocked by and got angry with us !
Great coffee and they have one gluten-free cake option 🙏
Cute place! Nice cappuccino, decent Negroni!

Great drinks, great drinks, Nobel was a fantastic server and made our entire night! The ambience was fantastic, we didn’t wait that long even though there was a line, and overall had a great night!

Wish I could leave a review on the food and drinks but my friend and I were so turned off from the hostess telling us we needed to move and that there was a wait that we chose to leave. Makes you not want to give this place your money when they treat with you disdain at 5pm on a Wednesday.
A must visit if you’re looking for a classy cafe. Definitely the most authentic espresso bar I’ve been to in the West Village. A personal favorite, so why don’t you go see for yourself!

The short hair lady is so rude! What terrible place. Don’t waste your money and time here if you are “color” people.

Best cocktail we had in NYC. Best espresso martini I’ve ever had. Try the pistachio drink as well. Best staff and great service.
