Fantastic bar arcade. They have quite a few arcade games and even a handful of pinball machines. Most were multiplayer. The bar had a lot of options for drinks and even food, with more seating than I expected. You can buy tokens for the games on your tab, but they do charge an extra percentage.
I had an amazing time at Barcade! A friend recommended this place, and it honestly turned into one of my best days in New York. I got to play so many classic games like Pac-Man, Crazy Taxi, Tetris, and a few racing games the selection is fantastic and brought back so much nostalgia. What I loved most is that it’s not just about the games; they also serve great drinks and snacks. I ordered a burger along with a drink called the Jungle Bird, and both were delicious. Great place. Staff grumpy and killed the vibe. Like a surly teenager at an arcade. But with tats, a 20 a day habit, and a too-small beanie cap. Machines good. Food was sub-street food level with more grease and less charm. But it's still a good place I'll come back to.
