When they say that chance makes things right.... We arrived at this restaurant completely impromptu (emergency toilet search) and ate the best burgers of our stay ? It seems that they are famous because they offer gluten-free products.

You need to better train your staff because it can destroy the whole experience: - our order was messed up multiple times (the best one was that my friend got a salad instead of a burger) - we had a group that had mix of vegan and meat burgers - the waitress couldn't tell which one was which - so I was eating my burger not sure if its meat or not (with impossible burger it's quite hard to tell) - the same with nuggets - have not touch them for that reason - we asked if a few things are available from the drink menu - they(waiters) only got back to us after 20 min and after we called them ourselves - ALL food was cold It's really a pity because I was visiting bareburger whenever in ny and never had issues before and enjoyed their food.
