This place is fantastic. They have high quality meats, the service was quick and also super chill guys there, and the music was awesome to listen to. Good place to take a group to or just grab a bite. Burger was freaking awesome

Our party of six struggled with the ordering process—having to share one phone for the menu made things unnecessarily slow. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite hit the mark. The burgers were subpar, and although the chicken was tender, only the fries stood out as great. The service team was nice, but they seemed spread too thin to provide timely help or answer questions.

It’s pretty discouraging when you enter a place you’ve been to previously and enjoy, only to just walk out after 5 minutes of being seated. If I request the corner of the restaurant that’s empty, why think it’s ok to start blasting music… where the speaker is right above me… I got such a headache I just left even more hungry and disappointed. It baffles me the lack of consideration servers have. 1 star stays until I have a better experience. 12/20/25 5:15PM

NEW: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I decided to give them a second chance and then some— I’ve been here multiple times now bc it’s close to my classes! The food is good and fresh, servers are quite friendly. But it’s pretty casual, you place the order yourself from a QR code and they just bring the food and you check out from the same online page. I’ve got the classic chicken sandwich and the chicken bites (i forgot the exact names lol). The chicken is crispy and juicy not dry.
previous: the food was good but it was SOOO slow yesterday. i don’t know what was going on but they need to fix it hire some more workers advertise there’s a bunch of college kids i’m sure you can find more employees. Waiting an HOUR for food at a casual burger place is absurd. I felt bad for the front of house staff bc yeah people are badgering them as to where the food is at but obviously they will. It’s unfortunate this was my first experience here bc otherwise i’d become a regular but… this needs to be fixed. And first they brought the wrong order after waiting an hour. So yeah food was pretty good but not a good experience, staff was friendly at first but then it was obviously hard to get a hold of them and they were confused and overwhelmed.
