This is one of the best Italian restaurants in NYC. I've been in the city for almost 20 years and found a gem in Harlem. We love the quality of the food and at home feeling. They have beautiful wooden tables and brick walls. So cozy :)The service was excellent.Carbonara was rich and delicious.Just perfect!

Live in the neighborhood and decided to try it. Great food! We had the steak which was tender and very flavorful and the homemade fettuccine with chicken which was delicious. We started with the crostini which was also really good. The wait staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Will definitely make this a go to.

I received gift cards from my dad to go here so wasn’t getting my hopes up, even tho the menu looked right up my ally. When we walked in it was practically no one but us - which isn’t necessarily a bad sign, and I was glad to have “private dining”. The waitstaff was super nice and attended to us quickly. Lots of wine (no hard liquor) was available and beers on tap. We ordered the carpaccio, bread and butter wine, bread for the table, mushroom pasta, and the seafood pasta. The pasta is homemade which really makes the difference. Everything was piping hot and had so much flavor (I do not say this lightly as an Italian woman who loves spice). If you’re in the area, def stop in-it’s worth it !

This is an italian eatery. We selected this location because of the proximity to Washington Heights and the hours of operation on a weekday. The server was extremely attentive. The decor is beautiful with some collections on both sides of the wall. I find their wine collection a bit limiting but nonetheless the wine was tasty at an affordable rate. The bread was served with this yellow paste, which didn’t taste good. We requested some olive oil to dip our breads in for much richer taste and experience. The food was delicious. I apologize, I did not take photos of the food but it was beautiful presented. The ambiance is great but often times the kitchen light and music are piercing through and you have two genres of music playing simultaneously which is rather off putting. Recommend tinting the doors of the kitchen so that bright light doesn’t affect the restaurant ambiance.Bathroom is rather interesting with barn-like styled doors. Clean and spacious.I would like to return to try their other dishes and wine selections. I recommend visiting this establishment if you’re in the mood for good food and wine.

The wine institution with its great powers to produce so much joy, memories and happiness with those who drink it socially. In the house of pasta the wine are abundant and simply delicious. You have many options in the menu to choose from including vegetarian and healthier options. I had the asparagus as prebiotic(Dr. Gundry advice), and zucchini soup with potatoes and garlic toasted bruchettas that was a perfect trio. 3 appetizers I chose to make my solid vegetarian options.I eat meat and i had a steak here before today and that was also delicious. My late lunch in this nice summer day makes the feeling of the good life. A true gem. I had red Wine. The pick was an older montepulciano wine I never had and that was fantastic. They have happy happy happy hours lol. Triple smile cause it starts at 2p.Perfect for an early afterwork hang out on Thursdays and Fridays.Nice spot in Hamilton Heights . Sorry my phone was hacked and the grammar of the Cynakeyboard was not projecting well. So here I edited this review back to what was written initially.A must kept neighborhood spot. Can't wait to try the seacood and salmon in there.

First time diner and first dinner in NYC with my family. Phenomenal pasta dinners, calamari, burrata with prosciutto, and shrimp with cannelloni beans. The meal was coupled with great Rose' and white Sangria. Must for lunch or dinner. The service was on point. Will definitely come back when I visit family.

This place is a new gem in Hamilton Heights! Highly recommended for creative, delicious homemade pasta dishes and other entrees. The food is well done, the service is attentive, and the ambiance is very inviting. . The bar area is particularly attractive.

I was there celebrating my retirement with my friends for brunch. They didn't tell me there was going to be a drag show! I've never been to one before. Well, I can actually say I really enjoyed the show. Being a straight girl has never discouraged me from having fun with whomever. The food & drinks were delicious! Service was great! I will definitely go again.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! Prices are very reasonable and outdoor seating is available. Arthur was our fabulous waiter as we celebrated a graduation and he took several pictures of us and was very gracious and attentive!. We had several sangrias (Happy Hour starts early at 2 pm!) to celebrate as well as the homemade pasta dishes (3 of us had the pappardelle al funghi (delish). For dessert, we had a beautifully plated tiramisu! We can't wait to come back!

We made the reservation around 9 pm specifically to make sure that the restaurant would be open when we got there at 10:30. We received a confirmation. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed and dark. No one around. This was a Saturday night. We not only went out of our way to get to a closed restaurant, but also the whole point of using Open Table shows that the platform is useless. Getting a confirmation is meaningless.

Ordered delivery. The person handed it to me with the box on its side, so the bag was a dripping mess with all of the sauce on the bottom. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, with truffle oil in the description, but definitely not in what I received. What little was left in the box just tasted of poorly cooked noodles with cream and too much salt. No cheese or other seasoning or flavor ine would expect from an Alfredo.
