Firstly this place is a must for all kinds of Dogs! The food was amazing! (Even a menu for us!) the logo is a dog so that should simply be enough! Being allowed to Bark especially to some good food and some clean fresh water is exquisite! Would totally bring a date here or my other doggie friends! My owner is fine too I guess! Had an amazing time at Barking Dog Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, every bite was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Sebastian the bartender. He was friendly, attentive, and he makes the best drinks. His energy and professionalism added so much to the vibe. Highly recommend stopping by, and if you’re lucky enough to sit at the bar, ask for Sebastian, you won’t be disappointed!

One of my fave after-work happy hour spots. Truffle Parm fries are delish! Great happy hour prices after 4 p.m. They also make a great spicy strawberry margarita. The outdoor area is pretty and awesome for NYC people and dog watching. Definitely recommend!

The place has seen much improvement especially with staff and ambiance. Staff are quick to notice if there are issues, quick to come, and always check on you. They even served extra ice separately on the house since we were sitting outside. This is also the only place I know in the UES where you can comfortably eat with your dog - inside too. Dog menu is available and it is generous. The drink menu has something for everyone. Next time I'd like to try their vodka milkshakes.

If you’re in the neighborhood you absolutely have to try it!!! The food looked so good I didn’t make in time to take a picture hahahah the service was excellent, super fast and friendly! The atmosphere was unique!!! The Barking Dog really is the perfect spot for you and your friends ❤️

Great experience, we were invited to our friends graduation last week, the food was amazing the staff was very corteous, our server was always there and the manager was very políte and was able to tell the kitchen to prepare our food even though the Kitchen was already closed!! Very good and fun experience, we will defenitely come back with our families.

Love going here when I can. The restaurant has sitting areas for pooches. We ate a really nice veggie breakfast this time, while the pooch had a burger for his birthday. Inside has a nice ambiance. Waiters are great, checking on you as you eat. Food is prepared as you like it. Coffee extremely good.
