This place is legit. The pastrami sandwich is amazing and the portions are really nice.

Food is great but prompting people to leave a gratuity is wild. I basically work for Barney Brown when I enter and punch in my own order and then someone makes it behind the scenes in the back and then it gets handed to me? And you’re asking for tips? Ridiculous. Maybe pay your employees because I can’t believe the audacity. Tipping culture is getting out of control.

Doesn’t exist? Showed up and there was a sign on the door saying you needed to place an order online for pickup, but this location wasn’t an option to place a pickup order.

Had a really good lunch at Barney Brown's. It's a take out only place which works for the concept. I liked that you could order on a device to customize your sandwich. You can choose your type of bread and when you add each topping it visually shows you on the screen which was nice. I liked that they had a light and heavy option for the veggies. There were tons of people ordering and lots of orders placed online, but the food was ready quickly. The sandwich was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place!

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and happy that I did. The ordering was very easy since it's all digital. I enjoyed the fact that while making my wrap I got a visual of what it looks like. And I loved the amount of choices I got. A nice man handed my food while I waited on their couch. The wrap was bigger than expected. The portions were great and the veggies tasted fresh. It was definitely worth the money I paid. Will be back soon.

My wife and I flew into the city for a few days prior to a cruise. We got to our hotel late in the morning and wanted to just a sandwich since we had reservations for an Italian dinner. We found this establishment. It is a strictly take-out place (and lots of food delivery people were picking up while we were there) and has no tables. There is a large menu board on the wall with several automated kiosks to place orders. There is a window to pickup your order. The menu is kind of cool with lots of premade choices or you can design your own sandwich. My wife and I both went one of the creations. I ordered the 'Breaking the Slaw' which had both corned beef and pastrami with Swiss and coleslaw on Semolina rye bread and was very tasty. My wife ordered and enjoyed THE G.O.A.T which is turkey, roast beef, and provolone with kettle chips to add crunch to the sandwich on Ciabatta bread. We added a couple of bags of Cape Cod Kettle Chips and a couple of Diet. Dr. Brown cream soda. It was lightly raining so we improvised and ate of our sandwiches in the waiting area (they have couches and little tables). I am pretty sure that we weren't supposed to eat the food there but the person working the window didn't seem to mind. We enjoyed and it was just the right amount to hold us over to dinner that evening.
Great food and brilliant customer service.Sheniqua (manager) is excellent to deal with as she goes above and beyond to assist her customers.
Vegetarian options: great.

235 minutes to get a sandwich. 3 requests to check on progress. Lots of apologies but no refund or offer to do anything. Why not a 1? Nice woman working in dispatch. Good sandwiches but bad service. “Sorry man, I’ll get you next time” doesn’t cut it.
Ordered a mozzarella tomato sandwich. Most of the fill was arugula. Bread was average.
