I went to Bartleys the other day with my friends. The atmosphere was fantastic, drinks were amazing and the service was even better! Especially our server Ellen. Ellen gave great recommendations and made our experience extremely easy and fun all night!

Service was non existent. Our orders were taken soon after arriving and our food and drink was brought by someone else. Our server did not check in on us until long after we were finished. We asked for the check and after waiting 20 minutes walked up to the bar where she was talking with other employees. It was not busy and we saw our server in the front talking to the bar tender the majority of the time. The drinks were pricy was worth it. The food was good but very greasy.

Came here on a Friday night recently with 20 of my friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. I got in touch with the bar's event coordinator in advance to make sure we had a space for all of us. We didn't have a minimum to meet, and the coordinator was super responsive to make sure we had everything we wanted. The vibe was incredible. Disco hits all night long and we stayed until nearly closing. Some of our friends ordered food and enjoyed it, though I can't personally speak for anything except the slice of decadent cheesecake they presented to me with a birthday candle. Truly felt like I got stellar class treatment for our group! The bartenders loved us, and we loved them! Def coming back next time we visit NYC. Such a fun place!
