We had good service, saw a review saying it wasn't existent but wasn't our experience. Got a table pretty quickly 5-10 mins, loved the speakeasy feel of the entry and wall decor. Comfortable booth seating. Chill place to hangout with friends, mildly loud but as expected for a bar. Good drink options, including cocktails 😊 didn't eat or park so not feedback in those departments. Good starter bar for the night. We ended up rotating to other dance places afterwards.

We went there around 2:30 am There was a bartender who was unpollite to me when I ordered wine. I didnt make a big deal of it, but after that my boyfriend had a similar experience, apparently the same guy was unpolite to him.
But the drinks were fine, place is also nice

Bartender was rude, took awhile to come to me. I didn’t have service and I asked for the wifi password and he seemed annoyed. He didn’t even give me the whole password and walked away. Everyone was ignoring me, but attended to the other guests I’m guessing because I was a minority. Don’t go!

I had such a great time at Basement on a Friday night! The entrance through the Coca-Cola machine was just too funny, and once inside, the cozy and quirky vibe really set the mood. I ordered a Lychee Martini, and it was absolutely delicious! We also played some darts with friends, which added to the fun. Overall, it was a fantastic night, and the staff were super friendly, making the experience even better!
