I don’t have any real complaints about the service—staff wasn’t rude or friendly, just indifferent. My issue is with the product. I went out of my way to visit this location because I was really craving sherbet, and what I got was horrible.
It wasn’t creamy at all—instead, it was icy, like it had completely melted at some point and then been refrozen. The texture was awful, and the taste was just as bad. What’s worse is that they actually had the nerve to sell it.
There’s absolutely no way the person who scooped it didn’t realize it was no good. Unbelievable. Extremely disappointed.

This must be the worst Baskin-Robbins I've even visited! Bearded gentleman had no interest in serving us. Various cones were out of stock. Flavours incorrectly labelled. Overall, poor product, terrible service, no apology or smile or anything approaching good service.
