The poor girl there doesn't speak great English. And the guys there at Dunkin really didn't want to help her. She smeared cold fudge on our ice cream. It looked like p**** We handed it back to her and left.

I do not appreciate the service I experienced here. I went in to get a scoop of ice cream because I received a free coupon for my birthday from them. I asked the guy working there what was the most popular one but he just ignored me and asked me which one I wanted. I thought he didn't hear me so I asked if one of their flavors were good. He replied by just scooping the ice cream up. When I got to the cashier, he was saying my coupon didn't work and had to ask someone else what was going on. They ended up saying that I have to say it's a free scoop, not one scoop. I find this very ridiculous because it's the same thing and why should I say that when I'm picking my ice cream? I clearly showed them at the cashier that it was a coupon. I did not like their tone and felt I was the one doing something wrong. Will never come back to this location again.

it's near the subway on the lower level and it's hidden so look good or you will miss it. the location is 53rd st / 52nd st and 3rd ave. it's a dunkin donuts and baskin robbins combined . this is more for the commuter on the go cause it's small inside and no seating . the usual dd stuff with a decent ice cream selection . i happen to be waiting in the area and ran in to get a hot chocolate and with no one on line it was quick and easy. it's in a good spot for the morning train riders to get that coffee fix before or after a long day at work .

Solid downstairs area, that's kinda hidden (shockingly for the chain), the oreo milk & cereal scoop was solid.

This one is hidden downstairs in this building but once finding it, it was a good experience. The guy behind the counter even wished me a happy birthday since I was going there on the last day I could redeem my birthday club coupon. You get a free scoop on your birthday if you're in the birthday club & unlike Cold Stone, you can use that coupon at ANY Baskin Robbins not just the one closest to you or that you selected as your local one. It also wasn't crowded and it's right near a subway station. Plus, the online restaurant listing says this place is an A.
