I ordered a NYE ice cream cake and had it canceled days before that with the manager telling me it will be refunded but might take time. This was still end of December 2023. I never got the refund ever. Even went to this branch in person last month and showed them my order was canceled but never got refunded. I asked them to just give me a gift card instead of the refund but the manager said no because he requested for the refund already. It’s been over three months. Still never got my refund. They’re not really doing anything about it . A gift card wouldve just made everything easier.

This ice cream shop goes beyond just serving treats; it's a pillar of the community.

Terrible service and latte.
Served generously by a super sweet hijabi woman.
The guy who waited on me seemed unenthused and unwelcoming. Also, the scoops only look big, but if you pay attention they are hollow, so in keeping with the 4th of July, it's like fireworks w/o the sound!

Quality has improved since last year. Last year the fresh packed ice cream tasted super chalky and sandy. Just ordered it after about a year and now it tastes like it should, nice and fresh. Hope they continue with the improved quality control.
Worst Baskin robins in the world . Rude employees and wrong order.. cannot communicate…
Even for the fresh packed pints the ice cream has this chalky taste to it like the pre-packed ice cream. There's literally zero difference in freshness - either version tastes equally chalky and old. Not good compared to other Baskin Robbins locations I've had.

I call two times but they don’t pick up I call 10:53 pm over here showing 24 hr open
it’s the 3rd Time I order on Uber eats and Instead of cancelling the order because they’re out of the flavor , they just sent whatever they want… Not nice. I don’t want to eat whatever you guys send.
We just came from this Baskin-Robbins. Just awful! We ordered 3 sundaes with hot fudge. None of the sundaes had any hot fudge. They didn’t have nuts. They were terrible! My mint choc chip ice cream was icey it had a wierd texture. I could not even finish it.We were supposed to go to Ben & Jerry’s in Time Square now they know how to make a sundae! What a waste of money. I’ll never go to this Baskin-Robbins again.
I asked to taste a few flavors, specifically the Summertime Lime and the Milk n’ Cereal. The Dunkin/BR employee kindly gave me my samples. He didn’t speak English very well, but we both spoke the language of ice cream. I ended up choosing a medium Summertime Lime shake, and it was astounding. Possibly the best dessert I’ve had in years.Pros:-1 guy was running the Dunkin’ donuts AND the Baskin Robbins. What a pro! (yeah this might be a con if you’re in a rush or simply impatient, but it was quite a sight to behold)-Amazing milkshake. A perfect summer treat.-Cheap prices for NYC.Cons:-Who cares!
Like the Baskin-Robbins, the ice cream and other items are very good but the line is usually long. Go early when they open or late. You might also avoid if it is extremely hot. They do serve cold water but there isn’t much shade.
