Poor customer service
Most pathetic attempt at making a large milkshake I’ve ever seen. Guy didn’t even run the blender for more than one second. Clearly you do not want to sell this to me at seven dollars. Find another business, get lost.
I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this place is exceptional … for its lack of cleanliness. Three workers standing around doing nothing but talking to each other most of the time, while the floors and tables have a day’s worth of dried up ice cream droppings. The bathroom stench and condition was horrendous.
Staff is incompetent doesn’t even know how to make a fizz, doesn’t speak English and don’t have of the flavours listed on the over app. They are clueless and have no customer service training. Don’t ever order from there
BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER ON UBER APP, THE MANAGER WILL CALL YOUR CELL AND TELL YOU THEY DONT HAVE THE ORDER AND THEN TELL YOU TO CANCEL TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. Do not let them trick you. Make them cancel if they don't have the item. Also report this behavior. There was kids waiting for this ice cream and this is something I'm sure they do a lot. Money hungry will never win.
Service is slow and disheveled. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.. In the ice cream freezer they have ice creams labeled that aren't there. An example is Jamoca Almond Fudge is a label but the ice cream is Butter Pecan. Told them about it months ago and it's still the same. Really a poor representation of Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts.

I ordered a NYE ice cream cake and had it canceled days before that with the manager telling me it will be refunded but might take time. This was still end of December 2023. I never got the refund ever. Even went to this branch in person last month and showed them my order was canceled but never got refunded. I asked them to just give me a gift card instead of the refund but the manager said no because he requested for the refund already. It’s been over three months. Still never got my refund. They’re not really doing anything about it . A gift card wouldve just made everything easier.

The guy who waited on me seemed unenthused and unwelcoming. Also, the scoops only look big, but if you pay attention they are hollow, so in keeping with the 4th of July, it's like fireworks w/o the sound!

Quality has improved since last year. Last year the fresh packed ice cream tasted super chalky and sandy. Just ordered it after about a year and now it tastes like it should, nice and fresh. Hope they continue with the improved quality control.
Worst Baskin robins in the world . Rude employees and wrong order.. cannot communicate…
