Didn't have it any ice cream. The guy that was working was very rude. We ordered 2 things and only got 1. Then told us to hurry up bc they were closing an hour early or we wouldn't get anything. Then our ice cream was melted and the cone was very stell

This business needs to be shut down. The guy's name was Singa and he refused to take our baskin robbins coupon saying that this location doesn't take coupons eventhough I had pressed redeem already. Then I made him scan the coupon and it went through, but he said they won't take it DESPITE using our coupon. My younger sister was very upset and he would not give her her icecream despite scanning the coupon. Then, he was being extremely rude and dismissive by asking to take the next customer eventho he hadn't given my sister her icecream yet. Rudeness coupled with a scam, horrifying experience. He needs to be fired.

Nice, clean, place with respectful staff. I ordered a few things and told them how I wanted them done, and they didn't give me an attitude nor talk back about my requests. Milkshake was perfectly done the way I Love and enjoy it. We enjoyed everything we ordered and will go back as a regular customer. Thank You for your clean place and respectful staff. Pics next time.

Worker skipped a black lady to serve us, two white people, when she was clearly in line in front of us and ignored my protests. Store was hot - for ice cream? Server was rude.

Just around the corner from the Empire State Building. Great selection of flavours, just let down by the store itself which felt a bit neglected and dirty.
No bananas for a banana split or to add to your shake. Overall location seemed dirty too. Might have been one of the worst Basking Robins I've visited in the U.S.
